Truenat solution includes Trueprep AUTO V2- a fully automatic universal cartridge-based sample prep device and Truelab, a real-time, quantitative micro-PCR analyzer.

A fully automatic extraction device, Trueprep AUTO V2 is used for the extraction and purification of nucleic acids from multiple specimen types such as Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), pus, blood, urine, tissue, sputum, pleural fluid, lymph node aspirate, peritoneal fluid, plasma, serum, saliva, stool, swab, bronchoalveolar lavage. The extraction process takes 20 minutes to complete.

Once the nucleic acid extraction is complete, the Truelab Micro PCR Analyzer amplifies the RNA/DNA through PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) testing using Truenat disease-specific micro PCR chips. This entire process is completed within 35 minutes, enabling the detection of infectious diseases with high specificity and sensitivity of PCR.
