Policies

Molbio Diagnostics is committed to driving positive social impact through healthcare and education initiatives and to fostering scientific research and development.

Dedicated to improving public health, the organization actively invests in areas that bridge critical gaps in healthcare delivery, strengthen infrastructure, and empower and nurture young minds in STEM. Additionally, it promotes scientific research by supporting initiatives that advance research and development in healthcare, creating an enabling environment for innovations.

A dedicated CSR Committee ensures the effective implementation of projects, maintaining transparency and compliance with all regulatory guidelines. Through direct initiatives and strategic collaborations with NGOs and government organizations, Molbio strives to create lasting social impact while upholding ethical and sustainable business practices.

Molbio Diagnostics’ Whistleblower Policy ensures a transparent and ethical work environment by providing employees and stakeholders a safe platform to report misconduct without fear of retaliation.

It applies to all employees, trainees, contractual staff, and suppliers. Reports can be made confidentially, and a dedicated committee investigates concerns such as fraud, misuse of authority, and breaches of confidentiality. False allegations are penalized.

The company guarantees whistleblower protection and document retention for five years, with policy amendments requiring management approval.

Molbio is committed to maintaining a workplace free from sexual harassment, ensuring dignity, respect, and equal opportunities for all employees.

The policy aligns with The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013 and applies to all employees, contractors, trainees, vendors, and visitors across all Molbio offices and sites.

Sexual harassment includes unwelcome physical, verbal, non-verbal, or visual conduct of a sexual nature that creates a hostile work environment or impacts employment conditions. The policy outlines prohibited behaviors, emphasizes that harassment is defined by the recipient’s perception, and states that mutual consent does not constitute harassment.

Molbio has a zero-tolerance approach, with an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) responsible for prevention, complaint handling, and inquiry processes. The ICC ensures confidentiality, fair inquiry, and timely resolution, with disciplinary action taken against proven offenders. False or malicious complaints will also be addressed.
All employees are expected to uphold a respectful workplace culture, with awareness programs and preventive measures in place to foster a safe and inclusive work environment.
